HBB Double V-Belt

HBB is a double V-belt, also called a hexagonal V-belt, with a 17 mm top width, 13 mm height, and 40° belt angle. The confirmed inside-length range is 61-315 inches (1549-8001 mm), and Li = La - 82 mm. The symmetrical profile provides working sidewalls on both sides, enabling reverse bending and power transmission through complex multi-pulley layouts. High-strength cords support equal power distribution and controlled elongation, while the rubber body and outside fabric provide resistance to heat, oil, ozone, abrasion, and flex fatigue. It is suitable for industrial fans, compressors, textile machines, agricultural equipment, choppers, HVAC systems, and pumps.

Structure
