SINOCONVE Transparent PU Timing Belt is intended for power-transmission systems where positioning accuracy, cleanliness, and resistance to oils and chemicals are important. The belt uses high-quality thermoset polyurethane and can be reinforced with steel or Kevlar cords.
The standard operating-temperature reference is -10°C to +80°C. A special PU 53 compound can be supplied for applications up to +125°C. Stainless steel tension cords are available for higher corrosion resistance, while Aramid/Kevlar cords are suitable for non-magnetic drive requirements.
This transparent polyurethane timing belt provides clean, maintenance-free synchronous power transmission with stable length and high abrasion resistance. Its clean-running construction helps avoid dust dispersion and contamination of products in contact with the belt.
