SPBJ Type Banded Narrow V-Belt

SPBJ is a medium-to-heavy banded narrow V-belt with a 17 mm rib top width, 19 mm pitch distance, 16.5 mm height, and 40° belt angle. Available inside lengths range from 90 to 366 inches. The joined SPB strands form a stable high-capacity belt assembly for drives exposed to continuous load, vibration, or long center distances. A strong tie band limits lateral movement and maintains equal strand spacing, while reinforced tensile cords support low elongation and dependable load transfer. The durable compound provides excellent heat resistance and good protection against oil, ozone, abrasion, and flex fatigue. It is suitable for industrial pumps, compressors, ventilation systems, processing equipment, and agricultural machinery.

Structure

The belt assembly contains multiple narrow wedge strands, high-strength tensile cords, rubber compression layers, protective fabric, and a reinforced tie band. The tie band keeps the strands connected, controls lateral motion, and maintains the designed pitch distance between adjacent strands.

Model = marking section + inside length in inches. Example: SPB 90. The number of joined strands is confirmed separately according to the length and drive requirement.
