SPZJ Type Banded Narrow V-Belt

SPZJ is a compact metric banded narrow V-belt with a 10.5 mm rib top width, 12.5 mm pitch distance, 10 mm height, and 40° belt angle. Available inside lengths range from 59 to 138 inches. The compact SPZ strands are joined by a flexible reinforced band, combining small-pulley capability with improved transverse rigidity. The belt assembly maintains consistent strand spacing and stable groove engagement while helping reduce whip and turnover in high-speed or space-limited drives. Reinforced tensile cords support controlled elongation, and the wrapped rubber construction provides good resistance to heat, oil, abrasion, ozone, and repeated flexing. It is suitable for compact fans, pumps, machine tools, light compressors, and agricultural equipment.

Structure

The belt assembly contains multiple narrow wedge strands, high-strength tensile cords, rubber compression layers, protective fabric, and a reinforced tie band. The tie band keeps the strands connected, controls lateral motion, and maintains the designed pitch distance between adjacent strands.
