3V (9J) Banded Narrow V-Belt for Compact Multi-Groove Drives

The SINOCONVE 3V (9J) Type Banded Narrow V-Belt joins multiple narrow V-belt strands with a reinforced tie band so the belt set runs as one coordinated transmission element. Each strand has a 9.7 mm top width, the strand pitch is 10.3 mm, the belt height is 9.7 mm, and the belt angle is 40°. Available inside lengths range from 50 to 208 inches.

The joined structure improves transverse rigidity, maintains strand spacing, and helps distribute load evenly across multi-groove pulleys. It is particularly useful where separate belts may wobble, whip, smoke, or turn over. The length relationships are La = Li + 63 mm and La = L中 + 30 mm. The marking reference is normally La, while the website selection option is organized by inside length Li as requested. The allowable number of joined strands depends on the selected length and application load.
