Quality control is an important part of the whole production process, not only a final inspection before shipment. For rubber conveyor belts, quality is managed from the beginning of production, including raw material verification, rubber compound preparation, fabric or steel cord inspection, calendering, forming, and vulcanization. After production, finished belts are also checked through product inspection and laboratory testing to ensure they meet the confirmed specifications.
For transmission belts, quality checks focus on key requirements such as dimensions, product markings, and agreed performance tests. For conveyor rollers, inspections cover important components and performance factors, including tube quality, shaft, bearing, seal, runout, rotation, and protection requirements. Only products that meet the confirmed technical specifications and inspection plans will be approved for packing and shipment. This quality management process helps provide stable products and reliable performance for different applications.

We are focusing on material handling, power transmission and industry application.
