What is the warranty period?

The warranty period depends on the product type, application conditions, and the terms confirmed in the order contract. For standard rubber conveyor belts, the usual warranty period is about 12 months, provided that the products are stored, installed, spliced, maintained, and operated according to the agreed requirements.

For V belts and other transmission belts, there may not be one fixed warranty period for all products. Their service life can be affected by many factors, including working load, pulley alignment, installation tension, pulley condition, operating frequency, and the surrounding environment. Therefore, the actual service performance needs to be evaluated based on the specific application conditions.

For all products, the final warranty period, coverage scope, excluded situations, and problem-handling process will be confirmed according to the order contract agreed by both parties. Proper installation, regular maintenance, and correct operation are also important for achieving reliable product performance and longer service life.
