What are your main manufacturing capabilities?

SINOCONVE operates factory-based production facilities with more than 10 dedicated production lines for industrial belts. These include specialized lines for fabric-reinforced conveyor belts (such as EP rubber belts) and steel cord conveyor belts, supported by processes like material preparation, calendering, belt building and laminating, flat vulcanization, finishing, and inspection.  

Our factory covers approximately 200,000 square meters and employs over 200 workers together with 26 engineers. The annual output of conveyor belts can reach about 15 million square meters, depending on product specifications, widths, and production schedules. We also manufacture PVC conveyor belts, V-belts, timing belts, transmission belts, conveyor rollers, and pulleys.  

Quality control covers raw material checks, in-process monitoring, and final testing for thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, abrasion resistance, and other key properties according to ISO, DIN, and RMA standards. We support OEM and customized orders, offer flexible minimum order quantities, and maintain a high on-time delivery rate. This integrated capability allows us to supply reliable belts for mining, cement, ports, agriculture, logistics, and other industrial applications worldwide.
