For highly abrasive materials such as coal, limestone, granite, ore, sand, and other bulk materials, choosing a conveyor belt with suitable abrasion resistance is important to improve service life and reduce maintenance frequency. The selection of the belt cover should be based on the material characteristics and the actual working conditions. Abrasion-resistant cover grades, such as DIN-Y, DIN-X, DIN-W, RMA, N17, or M24, can be considered according to the required standard and abrasion level.
However, abrasion resistance is not the only factor that affects belt performance. The sharpness of the material, particle size, impact height, loading method, and conveying conditions should also be evaluated. Large and sharp materials with high impact force may require stronger protection compared with fine materials. By considering all operating factors together, the appropriate conveyor belt structure and cover performance can be selected to achieve reliable conveying and longer service life.

We are focusing on material handling, power transmission and industry application.
